How should with handle our tenant's packages that are delivered to our front door?

She has problems with her health and you cannot be bothered to help her out. I doubt if she will be having heavy packages every week, so what is the problem in helping someone less able than yourselves.

We call it being a good neighbour in the UK.

Have her call UPS to put delivery instructions on file. Amazon should be printing the delivery instructions on the label as well. If you're home when UPS arrives, simply tell them where to put the packages. As a last resort, put a note where UPS usually leaves the packages, instructing them that her deliveries belong in the back.
