My bank has refunded me money from 2 online companies because I signed up for a free trial on both of them. One refund was from Amazon Prime and the other refund was from Credit Perfect. I explained to the bank on the phone that I had signed up to free trials without knowing that the online companies will automatically charge me after the free trial has ended and the person on the phone who works for the bank said "I will put it down as 'Not recognising this payment' and I got a £14.99 refund and a £7.99 refund. Now because the bank has given me a refund does this mean that the it is now settled and over with or will these online companies still demand this money back from me? Also, is it the bank themselves giving me the refund or are the bank taking the money back away from the company that I gave it to? The
