No, it is not Don't dream it's over. I'm pretty sure this song is from the 1980's though I'm not entirely sure. Its rock and sort of like a light rock. Here's a link to a copy of that song I made. Its not perfect but it should get the idea across https://onlinesequencer.net/347347

It is "Hey Ya!" not "Hey now"....and was released in 2004, not the 1980s!
